Monday-Simple and Sinister

24kg Kettlebell
Turkish Get Ups for 5 minutes.
Set the Gymboss on 1 minute
5 left 5 right top of the minute
5th and 15th set I did 10 left 10 right.
Total of 200 snatches with the 24kg.
Those 10 rep sets in the middle just make the 5 reps feel better.
