All work today with 24kg 
10 Halos each direction 
4 TGU each side alternating sides 
3x5 get up sit up each side 
3x20 floor sweeps
3x5 floor press each side
3x5 pushups on the KB 
3x5 Maxercist rows each side
 3x20 figure 8 to a hold .....
