Sunday Workout

Worked on basics with Carlton for about 30 min after joint mobility and stretches then set up the swing ladders.
8 minutes of 15:15 using the 53 and 70.
Lisa and Emily did 12 minutes of swing ladders rotating 15:15 with 20, 26 and 30lb after stretching out and doing some windmills.
Possibly a V02 session this evening.
