I took the day off on Sunday. ... This morning I started back on Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell workout. 53lb KB Clean and press ladders 5x3 Snatches for 5 minutes. Did about 60. Helped Shane with C&P form and made some progress.
Awesome. Let me know what you decide on the new/next KB. I'll let you know about coming down in Feb. We were up all night with flu bug so we haven't been awake at the same time to talk.
