V02 Max

Eddie and I hit 80 sets of 8 snatches.
Em hung with us for most of the workout too.

Yeah, I felt it to but no blisters. We need to "own" 80 sets of 8. What an awesome way to get your cardio without any impact to the knees!
Doing Swing ladders in the morning then 5k race on Saturday.
Keep pushing Eddie Ray, I think I see a 6 pack hiding under there somewhere!
