Wow, hard to believe it's been a month since I posted. I'm hitting the Viking Warrior Challenge workout consistently and have been mostly doing swings and snatches due to a shoulder/tricep issue. For all things in life: A few simple disciplines practiced daily.
Working on my 5k time. Want to scare the 20 min mark this spring.
Jayson and I were seeing who could look the meanest....
